The incident took place on March 18 last year at 2nd Çamlı Street in Çekirge Neighborhood. Emirhan Şirinel, who said that he wanted to marry his girlfriend, argued with his father Erkan Şirinel, who opposed this. In the ensuing fight, Emirhan Şirinel shot and killed his father with a shotgun. Emirhan Şirinel, who called the police and said that his father had committed suicide, was taken into custody when he gave contradictory statements. The suspect, who confessed to the crime during his interrogation, was arrested by the court from which he was issued.
