Underpass filled with water truck driver stranded Fire brigades came to the aid of the truck driver who was trapped in the underpass filled with water in the Gebze district of Kocaeli. C.E., the driver of the truck that entered the closed and unused underpass on the south side road of the D-100 highway in the Peace Neighborhood, was stranded. The driver, who could not get out of the passage filled with water as a result of the rain, asked for help from the fire brigade. Fire personnel who arrived on the scene rescued the driver with the help of a diver. Work was started to remove the truck from the underpass with the help of a tow truck.
