No Vehicle Driver Obeys the Road-Length Kasis Rule As a car driver, I especially drive the same road every day. There are multiple pedestrian crossings on that road, and primary school and university students pass through these pedestrian crossings. There was never a muscle on this road before. However, in accordance with the new decision, dozens of kasis were made on this road to ensure the safety of primary and university students. The interesting thing is that despite the dozens of cashiers made, no vehicle driver complies with the muscle rules and traffic accidents occur because of this.
