22 Syrians arrested in Adana who entered the country illegally ADANA (AA) - In Adana, 22 Syrian nationals who were determined to have entered the country illegally were deported. Teams from the Provincial Security Directorate's Anti-Migrant Smuggling and Border Crossings Branch pursued Syrian nationals Enes H. (31), Saef A. (33) and Qias A (38) for organizing illegal entries into the country. The teams stopped and examined two cars and a light commercial vehicle driven by the suspects at the Incirlik Park Area on the Tarsus-Adana-Gaziantep (TAG) Highway. It was determined that 22 Syrian nationals in the vehicles entered the country illegally. The Syrians were sent to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management for deportation, while the drivers were detained. It was learned that the drivers tried to take the foreign nationals from Şanlıurfa to their vehicles and take them to Istanbul. The three people, who were transferred to the courthouse after the police procedures, were arrested by the on-duty judge. On the other hand, the exit of 12 people from the 7-seater car driven by Saef A was reflected in the police camera.
